Soul Spark
A personal decision operating system that turns fragmented life data into grounded, domain-aware guidance and follow-through.
“You open your finance app. Then your health app. Then your notes. Then an AI assistant. You close them all and still don't know what to do today.”
That's not a tools problem. That's an interpretation problem. The data exists. The issue is that nothing connects it, nothing synthesizes it, and nothing tells you what it means for right now.
More data, same confusion
Dashboards produce more to look at. They don't help you understand what it means or what to do next. You leave with more information and the same uncertainty.
Generic AI without grounding
Chat assistants give plausible answers. But they don't know your financial runway, your sleep debt, your career deadline, or your real constraints. They answer in the abstract. Your life isn't abstract.
Domains siloed by design
Finance doesn't know about your energy. Health doesn't know about your career pressure. Career doesn't know about your finances. Real life is deeply interconnected — your tools pretend it isn't.
The result: cognitive overload. You have the data. You don't have the judgment. And no one has built the system that closes that gap — until now.
A personal decision
operating system.
Not a dashboard. Not a chatbot. Not a productivity app with nicer copy. Soul Spark is an intelligence layer that connects your life domains, grounds every piece of guidance in your real data, and helps you close the loop from insight to action.
“More reporting does not create better decisions. Better decisions come from structured domain truth, signal hierarchy, temporal context, specialized reasoning, and a visible loop from response to action to memory.”
— Soul Spark product thesis
Read. Interpret. Move.
Soul Spark reads the real state of your life across all domains simultaneously. Finance, health, work, relationships, growth — one coherent surface. No tab switching. No mental assembly. One truth layer that captures where you actually are.
23 specialist AI advisors analyze your actual data and surface patterns, cause chains, cross-domain tradeoffs, and opportunities you'd otherwise miss in the noise. WealthMax doesn't sound like HealthGuardian. Every advisor is grounded in your real domain state, not general knowledge.
From interpretation to action: focused next steps, honest tradeoff analysis, and a visible loop from guidance to follow-through. Soul Spark closes the gap between knowing what's happening and doing something about it — specifically, right now, for your situation.
Seven parts of life. One connected system.
Each domain has its own specialist advisor and its own intelligence layer. Together they form the complete picture Soul Spark synthesizes.
Portfolio, expenses, runway, wealth velocity. Sees your financial state as one coherent signal, not a pile of transactions.
Sleep, recovery, training load, nutrition, biometrics. Understands your physical state and how it interacts with everything else.
Job pipeline, skill gaps, network decay, opportunity alignment. Knows where you're going and what's blocking you.
Relationship health, contact momentum, social energy. Surfaces the connections that matter and the drift that costs you.
Goals, learning velocity, focus quality, personal momentum. Tracks whether you're actually progressing or just staying busy.
Reading lists, knowledge trails, content recommendations. Builds an intelligence layer around what you consume and learn.
Trip planning, budget tracking, memories, journey optimization. Connects your adventures to the rest of your life.
23 specialists. One cognitive architect.
Every advisor is grounded in your actual domain data, not trained to give generic life advice. They know your numbers, your history, your patterns. The intelligence is specific — not abstract.
Ṛtā is the advisor that sees across all domains at once. She synthesizes your daily intelligence brief, arbitrates competing priorities, and provides honest cross-domain guidance — “your career needs attention, but your health is the real gate right now.” No other advisor can do that.
Portfolio strategy, expense discipline, financial momentum.
Biometric interpretation, recovery patterns, training guidance.
Job strategy, skill gap analysis, network intelligence.
Relationship health, contact momentum, social energy signals.
Journey planning, budget, memory synthesis.
Training load, performance, recovery optimization.
Dietary patterns, nutrition signals, food-energy connection.
Built with depth, not hacked together.
Soul Spark is local-first. Your data stays on your machine — no cloud databases, no third-party storage. The intelligence runs locally on Ollama, the data sits in a 47-table DuckDB schema with full ACID compliance, and the agent layer is a purpose-built multi-agent orchestration system.
Privacy by design. Everything runs locally. Your financial data, health records, career information, and personal notes never leave your machine. No SaaS backend, no vendor lock-in.
Built by one person.
Every part of it.
“I'm Indian by origin, Luxembourg by address, analytics by profession. And like a lot of people who live in spreadsheets for a living — I had too much data and not enough clarity. My expenses were in one tab. Career pipeline in another. Health metrics scattered across three apps. Contacts in a fourth place. Financial portfolio in a browser tab I refreshed too many times a day. I wasn't disorganised. I was over-organised in too many places at once — which ends up feeling exactly the same.”
So in February 2026, I opened VS Code and started typing. The first file was called àpp_og.py — note the typo, the grave-accented 'à'. Named at 1 AM in the spirit of “I'll clean this up later” that has launched a thousand startups. It never got cleaned up. It became something else entirely.
The first real turning point was asking an AI for advice using my own data. It came back with: “You should consider the 50/30/20 rule.” I had given it my actual burn rate, my exact portfolio, my biometric trends — and it answered as if it just met me on the street. That was the frustration that built Soul Spark's core architecture: force the AI to work with the numbers in front of it, or fail. Never let it retreat to the playbook.
Eight weeks in, there's a backup file in the codebase whose name ends in ...final_launch_almost_bas_ho_gaya_done_more_still_login_fix_star.py. “Bas ho gaya” is Hindi for it's done. And then the name keeps growing. That filename is the honest history of this project — every “final” version became the starting point for the next thing. Done was never done.
“There is a specific moment in building something when it tips from toy to tool. When you stop testing it and start using it. When you stop saying ‘the app does X’ and start saying ‘I checked my dashboard this morning.’ That moment happened here. The morning briefing is the one I actually read before I start work. The career pipeline is my real source of truth. The runway number is what governs my financial decisions.”
750,000+ lines of Python. 9 life domains. 23 AI agents. 76 cross-domain signals. 28+ external API integrations. All by one person, over eight weeks, evenings and weekends, in Luxembourg.
Not because it was easy. Because nothing else existed that actually knew me.
The category doesn't exist yet.
We're creating it.
Personal intelligence operating systems — not dashboards, not assistants, not productivity apps — is a category that doesn't exist at this quality level yet. Soul Spark is building it.
React Native client in active development. Soul Spark intelligence on the go.
76 live in production today. Expanding across all domains. Every new signal makes the intelligence sharper.
Currently private beta. Opening to more users as the system matures and scales.
Each domain getting richer signals, stronger patterns, and more grounded advisor logic.
“The next generation of valuable AI products will not win by talking more. They will win by grounding better.”
