Terms of Service

Soul Spark is a personal life intelligence product built and operated by Sameer Bhalerao ("we", "us", "our"), based in Luxembourg. The product is accessible at soulspark.me and via the Soul Spark application. These Terms of Service govern your use of both the website and the application.

By accessing or using Soul Spark, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

Soul Spark is a personal decision intelligence tool that connects and interprets signals across different areas of your life — health, finance, career, relationships, growth, and more. It surfaces patterns, provides AI-assisted interpretation, and helps you make clearer, better-informed decisions.

Soul Spark is architected as a local-first system. Your data is stored on the infrastructure you control or that is dedicated to your account. There is no centralised Soul Spark cloud database that aggregates personal data across users. External API calls are limited to specific features (market prices, weather) and involve only functional identifiers, not your personal history.

Soul Spark is not a licensed medical service, financial adviser, legal adviser, therapist, or any form of regulated professional service. All outputs — including advisor interpretations and pattern analyses — are informational in nature and do not constitute professional advice. You remain responsible for all decisions you make.

Soul Spark is currently in private beta. Access is granted on an invitation basis. By participating in the beta you acknowledge that:

• The product is under active development and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
• Features may not work as expected. Data may be reset during testing.
• You may be asked to provide feedback, which we may use to improve the product.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access the product through your credentials. You must notify us immediately at sameerbh08@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree to use Soul Spark only for lawful personal purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the product.
• Use the product to process data belonging to others without their consent.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access systems beyond your authorised scope.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the product.

Soul Spark uses large language models and external AI APIs to generate interpretations, summaries, and suggestions. These outputs are probabilistic in nature. They may be useful and context-aware but they can also be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.

You should not rely on AI-generated outputs for high-stakes decisions without independent verification. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from acting on AI-generated content.

Soul Spark may connect to third-party services (such as financial data providers, calendar services, or health platforms). These connections are made with your explicit authorisation. The availability, accuracy, and continuity of data from these services is outside our control. We are not responsible for data errors, outages, or changes in third-party services.

All content, design, code, branding, and materials within Soul Spark — including the name "Soul Spark", the product design, and all written content — are the intellectual property of Sameer Bhalerao. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Data you connect to Soul Spark remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your personal data.

Your personal data belongs to you. Soul Spark does not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting sameerbh08@gmail.com.

In the current private beta, your life data is stored locally on the infrastructure running the app. It is not stored in a commercial cloud database. For full details of how data is handled and what third-party services are involved, see the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soul Spark and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product. This includes loss of data, loss of profit, or any harm resulting from reliance on product outputs.

The product is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
